Support when it matters most

Much like any major incident at your home, the aftermath of a theft or any kind of damage can have a significant emotional impact on you and your family. Coupled with the stress of dealing with an insurance claim, it's a lot to cope with.

That's why so many homeowners and landlords turn to us. Our loss assessors are experts in handling all property claims, and every client is assigned a dedicated loss assessor who runs the claim smoothly and efficiently.

Your insurer's loss adjuster assesses the claim for the insurer. We work only for you, making sure the full extent of the damage to your buildings and contents is identified and that you receive everything you're entitled to.

Insurers had asked the homeowners to start clearing up and make a contents list. Once appointed, we moved the family to a hotel while our teams reinstated the property. They were delighted with the results.

FAQs

Common questions

See all FAQs
Do I need a loss assessor if my insurer is dealing with the claim?

Your insurer appoints a loss adjuster to assess the claim on its behalf, not yours. A loss assessor gives you your own expert representation, so you're on an equal footing and nothing you're entitled to is missed.

Will I have to move out while repairs are done?

If your home can't be lived in, many policies cover alternative accommodation. We check your cover and arrange somewhere suitable for you and your family.

What if I'm underinsured?

Underinsurance can reduce your settlement, sometimes severely. It's more common than people think. If you're worried about it, speak to us as soon as possible.

How much does it cost?

Your first consultation is free and there's no obligation. We work on a no win, no fee basis, so we don't get paid until you do.
